Her initial training as a Bharathanatyam dancer under the tutelage of Guru Kalaimamani Smt. K.J. Sarasa moulded her into a devoted and disciplined dancer.
Her expansion of expression and ceaseless endeavour for classicism brought her to the legendary Guru of Kuchipudi -Padmabhushan Dr. Vempati Chinna Satyam. Both her Gurus gave her the artistic foundation that nourished her into the exquisite artiste she is.
